— FOUNDPLACES THAT DON'T EXIST YET
— Found

Found the places that don't exist yet.

Ârc is building a network of new societies — economic zones in countries around the world. Founding citizens are the people who build them with us, from the ground up.

01 — What it means

Show up before the buildings.

To found Ârc is to commit to a place that does not yet exist — to show up before the buildings, the laws, the neighbours. It is to help shape the charter, populate the community, and carry the weight of making somewhere new actually work.

It is rare work, and the people who do it know that.

02 — You cannot found from a distance

In person.

The founding is the relationships, the shared context, the thousand small decisions you make in person with the people building alongside you. None of that happens on a laptop.

Every founding citizen has spent real time with us at Network School. Some come from the Substack. Some come from the online community. Some fly in having barely heard of us, sent by someone they trust. There is no prescribed path — but there is one requirement: you show up, in person, long enough for the founding to actually be founding.

03 — How founding works

There are several paths.

Capital, community leadership, job creation, or long-term commitment to relocate. Each is a real commitment, and each earns equity in the city you help build.

We don't publish the details. Founding is a conversation, and that conversation starts after we've met.
