The underlying infrastructure — the campus, the accommodation, the school itself — was already in place when we arrived. Ârc's work has been to activate economic activity on top of it. Since April 2025:

Singapore pop-up
A month-long activation that proved our playbook and anchored Network School as Ârc's permanent home. Hundreds of attendees passed through. The pop-up strategy we used here — concentrated programming to draw global builders and investors to a location — is what we bring to every government partnership.
