• All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Próspera ZEDE (Roatán, Honduras), without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the Próspera Arbitration Center.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
